Nestled on our 5 acre property, Colonial Village's cottages let you enjoy the spaciousness of a private home while also having access to Colonial Village's indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and jacuzzi.
Each of our 10 cottages is pine paneled with a full living room and working fireplace. Large windows let sun shine in on each cottage's two bedrooms, full kitchen, and full bathroom.Surrounded by tall pine and oak trees, a Colonial Village Cottage is the perfect vacation retreat, but you can enjoy the conveniences of modern life as well.
Each cottage has two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. All cottages come with a fully equipped kitchen, gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, bathroom with shower, cable TV, a cross ventilation floor plan and heat for the chilly Cape Cod days of early Spring and late Fall and air conditioning if you happen to have a few hot, sultry August nights.
Cottages rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season, and for shorter periods during the Spring and late Fall. Though summer is an immensely popular time to rent a cottage, they also make a romantic and cozy retreat in the Spring and Fall.

- Each additional person $140 per week regardless of age
- Children welcome. Sorry no pets; kennels nearby.
- Our check-in time is 3:00 P.M.. Check-out time is 11 A.M.

A deposit received and processed will confirm your arrival and departure dates. A $20 service charge per cottage processing charge applies to all cancellations regardless of reason or amount of advance notice.
35% deposit required or amount for one full day whichever is greater.
NOTE: We follow general hotel association deposit policies. A reservation is a two-way responsibility. We agree to turn away all other requests for the reservation you have selected - and guarantee to hold it for your vacation. You agree to occupy and pay for the room for the time you asked us to reserve. We each do something for the other. A deposit is your down payment - and our acceptance confirms your reservation. During our short season, if you fail to arrive, or if you leave early, we must still charge for the cottage.
