- Our check-in time is 2:30 P.M. Check-out time is 11 A.M.
- We accept MC/VISA/DISCOVER.
- A deposit received will confirm your arrival and departure dates.
- Motel and Efficiency deposits will be refunded when notice of cancellation is received no less than 14 days (Cottages - 4 weeks) prior to the date of arrival.
- A $20 service charge per room or cottage processing charge applies to all cancellations regardless of reason or amount of advance notice.
- 25% deposit required or amount for one full day whichever is greater.
- All room rentals subject to 9.7% Mass. State Room Tax at time of occupancy.
NOTE: We follow general hotel association depsit policies. A reservation is a two-way responsibility. We agree to turn away all other requests for the reservation you have selected - and guarantee to hold it for your vacation. You agree to occupy and pay for the room for the time you asked us to reserve. We each do something for the other. A deposit is your down payment - and our acceptance confirms your reservation. During our short season, if you fail to arrive, or if you leave early, we must still charge for the room. |
